Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. You will play a meaningful role in developing CBDOils.com strategy and execution of performance digital marketing programs across the global enterprise. We are passionate about formulating a scalable strategy to drive step-function change in buyer growth using digital marketing channels and we hope you are too! You will lead a team of optimization specialists across SEM, PLA, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, mobile/app, video, emerging, and cross-channel. Your scope spans all digital channels, initiatives, and regions.

About the Role

  • Partner closely with peers across the organization including but not limited to the Brand, Integrated Marketing, TV, and Growth teams and across CBDOils.com to both share and hear valuable insights to CBDOils.com media and direct marketing strategies
  • Develop and grow the relationships with key CBDOils.com business partners including key members of the Strategy and Marketing teams
  • You love to stay at the forefront of evolving media trends, technology, and opportunities and proactively present those as testing opportunities to the brand
  • Partner with CBDOils.com marketing team on developing the strategy and execution of the performance marketing (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display, Mobile, and emerging) channels
  • Work with your team to manage our supporting digital agencies
  • Optimize traffic, conversion, and ROAS for CBDOils.com based on brand, customer, and product growth strategies
  • Develop strategies and plans to drive both near-term performance as well as to build a foundation for healthy growth into the future
  • Define audience strategy for performance marketing, in concert with brand marketing and direct marketing channels
  • Leverage regular reporting/tools to communicate performance to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute day in and day out testing and learning plans to continuously optimize media investments

About You

  • You are a premier consumer marketer with 5+ years of relevant professional experience; 2-sided marketplace experience preferred
  • You have deep expertise in performance marketing, especially with Google / Facebook / Instagram in addition to major performance marketing channels
  • You have a global lens to ensure all aspects of the overall brand strategy and site experience are optimized for best practices
  • You’re a thoughtful, collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • You have a successful track record handling large scale marketing budgets with effective returns and traffic growth
  • You love working with data and have strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • You are experienced in Google Analytics/ related platforms, and deep knowledge of tools across digital marketing channels (e.g. AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Pinterest, etc.)
